| B. Sc. with Chemistry: |
Three year course comprising theory and labwork in basics of
Chemistry encompassing Inorganic, Organic, Physical and Analytical Chemistry
Students are expected to carry out a project dissertation.
They are expected additionally to major in any two out of the six
subjects Botany, Zoology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology and Physics, Mathematics. |

Deparrtment of Chemistry carries out several programmes in an academic year. These programmes are carried out under the aegis of the Chemical Association which is a students' body. Apart from these programmes, each year our students visit various industries to augment their knowledge in the field.
