We do not view Placement cell as just about providing job opportunities. We view it as a beacon that the students can look forward to, something that gives them hope. We view it as a vehicle which provides vertical mobility to the students. It gives them an incentive so that the students strive harder to achieve their goal in their respective fields. We view the Placement Cell as an antidote to the dropout rate as it gives the students a visible horizon to which they have to reach eventually. Placement cell is thus a panacea for several ills.
